Client reviews
What clients say about the work.
“Colin Lutke provides outstanding home services encompassing a wide variety of projects and completes the work with integrity and enthusiasm. He takes great pride in his work and considers his work art… an expression of beauty and aesthetics. He has passion for what he does and it shows in his work. Colin repaired a large hole in my wall and ceiling due to a tree branch piercing through the roof. I was under a tight timeframe to complete the project and Colin made himself available on short notice. In addition, while I was deciding on contractors, he held open that Friday for 18 hours while I made my decision, which was very generous of him. Colin is a person of integrity… he shows up when he says he will, he comes prepared with his own supplies and picked up the paint the night before so that it wouldn’t slow down the project. He explained we do not need to redo the entire room — ceiling and 4 walls — to fix these two large spots. I appreciated having that option, and it was offered at a very reasonable price. Colin also cleans up afterwards — he brought his own broom and vacuum and garbage bags — which I thought was very considerate. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Colin! I highly recommend him.”
“We are beyond pleased with the repair work we had done with Lutke Home Services. Colin completed the work beautifully, was on time, on estimate and truly professional. We plan to engage this company for several future projects based on our excellent outcome!”
“Colin was courteous, efficient, and professional. He cleaned after the repair and did a thorough job. I will hire him again.”
“Great work installing my under-sink water filtration and a new kitchen faucet. Was missing a piece to connect the filter to the faucet and he was able to help me figure out what it was, and got the job done!”
“Great working with Mr Lutke on my shed office project. Knocked it out on time with the schedule he proposed. Good quality job, great cleanliness, and went above and beyond. Will use again.”
